Data retention and deletion
Nothing is deleted without warning, and you can always export first.

| Usage telemetry | 13 months, no personal data or photo content. |

| Company deletion | 30-day grace in which the owner can cancel; export offered first; then all rows and files are removed, including from active storage. |
Customer-level deletion: remove a customer's name, address and contact from the app at any time; their jobs and photos remain with your company unless you delete those too.
