Questions
What happens when my subscription lapses?
Jobsite becomes read-only after a 16-day grace period. Your crew keeps capturing; photos queue on their phones and upload when you renew. Exports are always available.
Do crew members need their own subscription?
No. One subscription covers the company. Crew sign in with Apple and enter a code.
Is my data locked in?
No. Export a job or the whole company any time as a ZIP with originals, annotated copies, reports, CSV files and a manifest.
