Jobsite is for iPhone and iPad (iOS 17 or later). It is in early access: the App Store listing goes live with the first public release. If you were invited by a company, your invite link or code gets you in once the app is installed.

Joining a company

Install Jobsite, sign in with Apple, then enter the code from your invite (or tap the invite link on your phone). You join as crew, office or admin, whatever the owner chose.

Common questions

Photos say "waiting" or "uploading"

Captures are saved on the phone first and upload in the background. Videos wait for Wi-Fi unless you turn that off in Settings › Uploads. If a photo shows "upload failed", open it and tap Retry.

A photo went to the Inbox instead of the job

The phone wasn't sure which job you were at (no location, or two jobs close together). Open the Inbox and tap the suggested job. You can also choose the job in the camera before you shoot.

The weather is missing on a daily log

Weather needs the job's address to have a map pin and the phone to be online when you open the log.

I need my data

Settings › Export data builds a ZIP of a job or the whole company. See how photos are stored for what's inside.

Something is wrong

Email us with the job name and roughly when it happened. Include a screenshot if you can. Never email passwords.

Status

If uploads are failing for everyone, we post updates at this address and by email to owners. Captures always keep working on the phone.
